Saam Fu Wraps Up Chinese New Year 2025
Another busy Chinese New Year season is in the books! Our hard working team helped ring in the Year of the Snake across Hawaii. We were able to share our love for lion dance and kung fu once again. This year’s celebrations spanned three islands. We started off at home on Oahu with a full slate of performances.
Then it was off to Hilo, where severe weather delays couldn’t stop our team from performing for the eager crowds there. Next it was our return to Kaua‘i for the second year in a row. There, we were happy to share authentic lion dance blessings to various stores and vendors. Finally it was back home to cap off the season at Bishop Museum’s Ka‘iwiula Night Market.
